"Paul Lato's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Cavatina is a lovely Cabernet from Oak Knoll, matured for 19 months in 40% new French oak. Medium ruby-purple, it offers aromas of red currants, tobacco leaves, rose petals, cedar and pencil shavings with well-integrated new oak spices. The medium-bodied palate boasts seamless freshness, powdery tannins and detailed fruits, and it has a long, flavorful finish."
