"This beautiful wine has been an exciting addition to our portfolio. It comes from a very old vine vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills and is the only wine from our Chardonnay lineup with only partial malolactic fermentation. Reminiscent of fine Chablis, it has bright and fresh aromatics of wet stone, citrus, and nuances of toasted hazelnut. 'Belle de jour' will be a terrific pairing with oysters and seafood this summer, but it will also reward you with some bottle age in the cellar." - Paul Lato
