"The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Festina Lente—the first vintage ever of Cabernet from Paul Lato—was matured for 19 months in 68% new French oak. Medium ruby-purple, its aromas blossom slowly with red and black currants accented by Chinese five spice, cigar box and incense. Medium to full-bodied, the palate boasts intense, layered flavors, powdery tannins, fireworks of mouthwatering acidity and alluring spicy accents fanning across the long finish. It's a stunning Cabernet that has more to give as it unwinds in bottle."
