Although their vineyard is a relatively new addition to Santa Ynez Valley, the Larner Family quickly won acclaim for the quality of their grapes and viticultural practices. My respect for this passionate family inspired me to work with their warm-climate vineyard, which is dedicated to growing Rhône varietals.

The new Syrah clones planted in this picturesque site produce grapes that result in rich, intensely flavored wine that retains its elegance. Christine and her son Michael are ardent about the care and development of their vineyard.
